Payments are made by bank transfer. I'll send the details when you book.
Payments are non-refundable once made, except where I cancel or where the law requires a refund.
Please tell me as early as you can. You may be able to transfer your place to someone else, or to a future date, at my discretion.
Every session is recorded, so if you miss one you can catch up in your own time.
A retreat is planned around who's coming, so payments are non-refundable. Where I can, I'll help you transfer your place.
A deposit secures your appointment and is put towards the price. It's non-refundable, but you can move your appointment with reasonable notice.
If, after screening, I decide that a ceremony or tattoo isn't safe for you, I'll refund what you've paid for it.
If I cancel or can't go ahead, I'll offer you a refund or a place on a future date, whichever you prefer.
