I'm Matthew Spiers, and I run Wiso Ino Tribe. I'm responsible for looking after the personal information you share with me. You can contact me at hello@wiso-ino.co.uk.
Your name, email address and phone number if you give them, your messages to me, and your booking details. For ceremonies and tattoos, I may also ask for health or screening information so I can keep you safe. Health information is sensitive, so I only ask for what I need.
To reply to you, take bookings, run the course, retreats and tattoo sessions safely, keep my accounts, and meet my legal duties. For health information, I ask for your clear consent first.
Only me, and my team where they need it to look after you safely. I never sell your information.
I use a few services to run things: Cloudflare for this website and my email forwarding, Google for email, and Zoom for online sessions. These may handle your information on my behalf.
The site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google, which means Google may see your IP address when you visit.
Only as long as I need it for the reason I collected it. Records I have to keep by law, such as accounts, are kept for as long as the law requires. Screening information is kept only as long as it's needed for safety, then deleted.
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also ask me to limit how I use it, or object to it. Email me and I'll reply within a month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
My ceremonies and tattoos are for adults aged 18 and over.
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
